I was lucky to be invited to Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam (GBWHSA) food promotion in conjunction with the national celebration on 16th September 2017 next month. Chef Firdaus bin Ismail and his team have specially curated a wide array of Malaysia’s famous cuisine from each state around the country to tempt your palate.
